Before Print cranium, do segmentation process often result not good enough appear lot noises. The purpose research optimize cranium based on DICOM (digital imaging communications medicine) data processing using smoothing modules Slicer. method Cranium Slicer software varying 5 types modules. results with default parameter fill holes median have better compared others. Kernel size variations are performed for module medians. get optimal kernel 3 mm mm.
